Three things that work from day one after install

Insights and the assistant work right after install, before your ERP is connected. The Grow your sales page is in the app. The assistant acts once you approve.

Card titled Three things that work from day one after install

Install the app from the Zid App Market and three tools are ready: the insights dashboard, the Grow your sales page, and the assistant in the app. Insights and the assistant work right after install, before your ERP is connected, because they run on your Zid data alone.

What is available in the app

  • The insights dashboard is on by default at install and refreshes every night.
  • The Grow your sales page is in the app.
  • The assistant in the app answers from your store’s data and acts once you approve.

The insights dashboard

The dashboard shows your store’s data in 4 views: overview, sales, customers and products. It is on by default, so there is nothing to switch on and no ERP to connect first. Right after install it loads your last 30 days of orders in the background, then refreshes every night.

Some of its metrics, as the app names them:

Area Metrics
Sales Revenue, Orders, Average order, Units sold, Gross revenue, Net revenue after returns
Fees and tax Shipping charged to buyers, Cash-on-delivery fees, Tax on orders
Orders Returned orders, Cancelled orders, Items per order, Orders with a coupon
Buyers Buyers, New buyers, Returning buyers, Buyers who ordered again, Typical gap between orders

The Grow your sales page

The page is in the app, and its tools are part of the Growth plan. They include wallet credit rules and automatic price drops, which our team sets up on request. Welcome credit for new shoppers is also set up on request, and each shopper gets it once.

The assistant in the app

The assistant answers your questions from your own store’s data, in Arabic or English: about your orders, customers, products, coupons and store settings. It only needs your store’s Zid connection, so it works before your ERP is connected. Once you approve, it can:

  • Create a coupon.
  • Add wallet credit to a group of shoppers.
  • Change an order’s status.
  • Retry a failed sync, once your ERP is connected.

Group credit works like this: the assistant picks shoppers from your store’s data, such as those who ordered this week, or takes a list you give it. It shows you the list and the amounts, and adds the credit only after you approve.

If you ask for something that needs your ERP before it is connected, the assistant tells you setup comes first. Nothing runs before you approve it.

Who it is for, and on which plan

The insights dashboard suits merchants who track sales, customers and products in one place. The grow-sales tools suit merchants who use wallet credit and pricing to sell more.

  • Starter covers 100 orders a month and includes orders, returns and AI analysis.
  • Growth covers 500 orders a month and adds stock and the grow-sales tools; price sync is set up on request.

Plan details and prices are on the app’s page in the Zid App Market.

How to use it

From install to your first action
  1. Install the app

Install it from the Zid App Market. The dashboard is on by default and loads your last 30 days of orders in the background.

  2. Open the insights dashboard

Check the four views: overview, sales, customers and products.

  3. Ask the assistant

Ask about your store's data in Arabic or English, or ask for an action such as adding wallet credit to a group of shoppers.

  4. Approve

Review the action, the shoppers and the amounts before it runs, and approve it.

  5. The action runs

The action runs only after your approval.

What these tools do not do

The dashboard is on from install, and you can ask the assistant your first question inside the app before your ERP is connected.
