Service Description

Zid Integrations is an integration platform that connects e-commerce stores on Zid to business systems such as ERP and accounting software. The service automates data synchronization between these systems, including orders, invoices, payments, returns, products, and inventory.

Zid Integrations is distributed through the Zid App Store and operates as an add-on to your existing Zid store.

Account Terms

  • One Zid Integrations account is created per Zid store installation. Your account is linked to your Zid store identity.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ERP and accounting system credentials. Restware encrypts these credentials at rest but cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from credential sharing.
  • You must have the authority to connect the business systems you integrate through Zid Integrations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to transmit malicious data or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in connected systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Zid Integrations platform.
  • Exceed reasonable API usage limits or attempt to circumvent rate limiting protections.
  • Use the service in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
  • Share your account access or credentials with unauthorized parties.

Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for the Zid Integrations platform. This is an operational target, not a contractual guarantee, unless an explicit SLA agreement is in place.

Zid Integrations depends on third-party services (your ERP system, Zid, infrastructure providers). Downtime caused by these external systems is outside our control. When your ERP is unreachable, syncs are automatically queued and replayed when the connection recovers.

Pricing and Billing

  • Pricing is tailored to your order volume and requirements, and is shared during your demo and onboarding. Request a demo to receive a quote for your operation.
  • Billing is managed through invoicing or the Zid App Store depending on the engagement. Restware does not process payments directly. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

Cancellation

You may uninstall Zid Integrations from the Zid App Store at any time. Upon uninstall:

  • All active syncs are paused immediately.
  • Webhooks are removed from your Zid store.
  • Your configuration is archived for potential reinstatement.
  • No lock-in or early-termination restrictions apply.

Intellectual Property

The Zid Integrations platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Restware. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the platform.

You retain full ownership of your data. Restware claims no ownership over the data you sync through the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Restware in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Restware is not liable for data discrepancies, sync failures, or business losses resulting from incorrect configuration, third-party system outages, or data quality issues in your source systems.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Restware harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Zid Integrations dashboard at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
