ERP or accounting app at 100, 500 and 2,000 orders a month
What your books must track decides the system: stock across warehouses, purchasing and branches usually point to an ERP. Monthly orders decide the plan.
Zid and the Wafeq accounting app: paid orders posted with the customer, items, tax and shipping, returns as credit notes, and stock kept in sync.
Accounting Wafeq
Wafeq is an accounting app. If your books live in Wafeq, your Zid sales and returns need to land there too. With the app, every paid order is posted to Wafeq with the customer, items, tax and shipping, every return is posted as a credit note, and stock is synced with Wafeq.
Paid in Zid
The order is paid in your store and its notice reaches the app.
Customer matched
The customer is matched to their Wafeq record, or a new one is created.
Posted to Wafeq
The order is posted with the customer, items, tax and shipping, exactly once.
Read back
The order is read back from Wafeq to confirm it is there.
| In Zid | In Wafeq | |
|---|---|---|
| Order | The paid order in your store | One order with the customer, items, tax and shipping |
| Customer | The customer who paid | The existing customer record, or a new one |
| Return | The return in your store | One credit note per return |
| Tax and shipping | The order's tax and shipping fee | Posted with the same order |
Paid orders
Every paid order is posted to Wafeq with the customer, items, tax and shipping, then read back from Wafeq to confirm it is there. The same order is never posted twice.
From the Starter plan
Customers, inside order sync
As each order posts, the customer is matched to their Wafeq record (first contacts the app created, then phone, then email), or a new record is created.
Returns
Each return posts to Wafeq as one credit note.
From the Starter plan

Stock is synced with Wafeq, including a one-time opening-stock load.

Document number

Pick the data to connect, then enter your Wafeq API keys. Help getting them is available.
